All sales are final after item has shipped Unless it was damaged or you want an exchange for a different one. See below for details on damage or exchanged Items. After payment has been processed, all canceled orders before they ship will have a 5% processing and restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you receive an item that is damaged we will send you a new item and send you a return shipping label for the damaged item. If we don’t receive the damage item we reserve the right to charge for both items.
If you receive the wrong item we will send you a new item and send you a return shipping label for the wrong item. If we don’t receive the returned item or it is damaged when we receive it we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for repairs and or replacement.
If you want to return an item because you ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind contact us for a return shipping address. The item must be in new condition and in the original packaging. You will need to pay for return shipping. We will refund you the selling price but our cost to ship the item and a 10% restocking fee will be subtracted from the selling price. If the item is damaged when we receive it we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for repairs.
